GEORGIA 2017-2018 Lisi Green Tower by Lisi Development Tiripebi Str. 2, 0159 Tbilisi, Georgia t: +995 32 2 00 27 27 e: email@example.com w: www.lisi.ge Lisi Green Tower is a cooperative project of Lisi Development with UN Studio. The 11-storey tower contains 32 apartments (from 85m² to 200m²), three retail units and a residents’ underground car park. All apartments enjoy spectacular views over the Mtkvari River valley and the growing city of Tbilisi. The building, with its integrated connection to the new green plaza, will be the architectural anchor and new landmark of the Lisi Green Town. The extensive use of glass, natural materials and a controlled shading system of terraces, ensures that all requirements for comfortable living are integrated in the project. The apartments’ elevator lobbies and entrance area are linked to the double height interior and exterior verandas. These are planted to create sky gardens and shared spaces for interaction among neighbours. Furthermore, the lighting scheme of the sky gardens subtly changes with the seasons. The tower is a stacked volumetric composition of vertical villas arranged to enable the surrounding natural landscape and terraces to blend into a new integrated manifesto of living. This results in unique personalised interior spaces and also creates a new indoor/ outdoor experience. The building is vertically divided to enable visual separation between apartments and interrupt its volume along the central design element of vertical verandas. The design concept is based on a combination of the local and traditional Georgian ‘veranda’ approach and smart living solutions. By using verandas as spaces for interaction, the anonymous boundaries of a multi-storied apartment complex disappear. The essence of the design is to create neighbourhoods in the sky, connecting people through architecture and social sustainability. FRANCE Beaux Villages Immobilier was founded at the start of the financial crisis at the end of 2007/beginning of 2008 by Lynn and Rob Longley. Disappointed by their own experience as property buyers in France, they were determined to offer something better. The perceived gap in the market was for a properly managed, service-based multicultural and multilingual, local and international estate agent. Within the French estate agency sector, this formed a unique proposition. Almost everyone in the market at that time was either a UK based ‘introducer’, a local mono-language high street agent, or a loose affiliation of independent ‘sales people’. This concept has grown from one shop to 11 over the ensuing years, now employing 120 people within their local communities. A ‘central’ support team is shared around these offices to maintain a sense of connection with the business. While a few agencies have attempted to copy Beaux Villages, several have chosen to join it with the company now working in partnership with others. The company’s internet prowess and a genuinely global marketing presence plus the stability and security of Beaux Villages’ physical presence of offices in France, proves immensely popular. Subsequent reinvestment has resulted in consistent top line growth averaging 20% per year. By providing a full range of services in whatever language is required, Beaux Villages offers its clients the ability to design their own route to sale or purchase and beyond. 2017-2018 Beaux Villages Immobilier Rue Portedes Fontaines, Monsegur, France, 33580 t: +33 (0)5 56 71 36 59 e: firstname.lastname@example.org w: www.beauxvillages.com NOMINEE BEST REAL ESTATE AGENCY WEBSITE EUROPE www.beauxvillages.com by Beaux Villages Immobilier NOMINEE BEST REAL ESTATE AGENCY 5-20 OFFICES EUROPE Beaux Villages Immobilier BEST REAL ESTATE AGENCY WEBSITE FRANCE www.beauxvillages.com by Beaux Villages Immobilier BEST REAL ESTATE AGENCY 5-20 OFFICES FRANCE Beaux Villages Immobilier International Property Awards 87
