He is also a member of the Sharjah Executive Council. | NAFL-Yearbook 2018 Profile Khaled Salmeen CEO, KIZAD Chairman, Abu Dhabi Terminals Khaled Salmeen is the CEO of the Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi (KIZAD), the capital of the UAE's first industrial freezone and one of the largest in the region measuring 418 sq-km. Apart from holding that position since 2009, Salmeen also sits as the chairman of the Abu Dhabi Terminals (ADT) since 2013. Under Salmeen's leadership, KIZAD grew to become one of the most successful projects of Abu Dhabi, attracting more than AED5 billion in revenue yields from investors that utilize the industrial freezone for various businesses. Container volumes and general cargo in the area had exceeded expectations.
