Integral Leadership Coaching Model The challenge of integral leadership is to understand all of the factors (individual capability, behavioral, organizational/ social/cultural, and systems) to know which approaches to use in a given situation that will produce beneficial change for the individual and organization. It involves understanding 'where people are' (their mindsets, values, goals, capabilities, situational dynamics) and communicating with them in a way that is appropriate and helpful, according to their level of development. Application – Coaching Process This model suggests a Coaching process that uses coaching techniques to go through each of the four quadrants, helping the client do an assessment of the context he/she is inserted in, with an integral perspective. Once having the context pictured, there is a new tour focused on the Upper-Left and Upper-Right quadrants (individual), with the focus on the client development as a leader considering the collective environment, and on practical actions to enable the client achieve his/her goals, defining the strategy that better fits to the context.
