WELLNESS

WELLNESS Floyd County became even more focused on employee wellness in 2017 with the opening of an employee health clinic. Through a partnership with Redmond Regional Medical Center, Floyd County employees and their families who are insured through the County’s insurance policy can receive basic medical care and a selection of prescriptions at no cost to the employee. The annual Floyd County employee health fair held in December gave employees the opportunity for many health screenings at no charge. Vendors and medical specialists were also on hand to answer questions and provide information on specific services. Floyd County’s employee wellness program encourages all employees to focus on their health. 46 2017 FLOYD COUNTY ANNUAL REPORT
