Payment Options<br />

2. Direct Debit (Using Premium Credit 4%<br />
added charge) – Winter Storage* add £100.<br />
Pay £400.00 deposit followed by 7 monthly<br />
payments to be set up by 30th Nov 2017.<br />

<strong>2018</strong> Seasonal Pitch Conditions<br />
The caravan must comply with the required standards:<br />
1. Be roadworthy and well maintained<br />
2. Must fit the concrete base allocated<br />
3. Must be insured – Copy of insurance to be provided<br />
4. Photo of caravan must be provided<br />
5. Awnings cannot be longer or wider than the caravan. Awnings erected at owners risk & only<br />
.....within concrete boundary and no bedroom extensions. Leave erected between 31/3-30/9.<br />
6. No white goods in awnings (e.g washing machine, fridges etc.)<br />
7. Abide by Park Rules and the terms of the pitch agreement.<br />
Please note we do not accept the following makes of caravan* (unless already sited):<br />
*correct at time of print<br />
Hobby, LMC, Roma, TEC, Tabbert, Weippert plus any others that do not suit our pitches.<br />
We also ask for a £100.00 pitch tidy &<br />
electricity card deposit to be paid alongside<br />
the pitch fees if successful in obtaining a<br />
pitch for the <strong>2018</strong> season. This £100.00<br />
would be refunded to you once you have<br />
vacated your pitch providing it is left clear<br />
of any rubbish etc and the electricity<br />
meter card is returned to reception before<br />
your departure.
