and soul. In order that we can guarantee this 

relaxing atmosphere for all our guests, you are kindly 

requested to keep all noise to a minimum and to 

switch off your mobile phones. Thank you for your

Cancellation 

Please let us know if you are unable to join us for 

the appointment you have booked. Cancellations 

made up to 24 hours in advance of your appointment 

incur no charge. If you cancel within 24 hours of your 

appointment, you will be billed for the full amount. 

Check-In 

Please arrive at least five minutes before your 

appointment. We will do our best to begin your 

treatment promptly. You are advised to arrive wearing 

your bathrobe and slippers/flip-flops and to have 

removed your jewellery. Please also understand that, 

if you are late, the length of your treatment will be 

shortened accordingly.

If you suffer from any medical conditions, allergies or 

intolerances, please let us know.

In order for your treatment to go as smoothly as 

possible, we request that you remove all your 

jewellery before we begin.

Törggelen is a typical South Tyrolean wine tasting 

custom and, as part of the eponymous treatment,

senses. A honey and walnut peeling gently removes 

all your dead skin as you breathe in the wonderfully 

Mediterranean fragrances of lemon and vanilla 

from our specially selected oils. You’ll also feel the 

beneficial effects of the grape as you enjoy a glass

HAMAM 

Hamams are particularly well known in Jordan, 

Persia, Syria and Turkey. Previously, travellers would 

stop at a hamam to rest, wash the desert sand from 

their bodies and prepare themselves for the next 

stretch of their journeys. They have been a mainstay 

of bathing culture ever since. 

The ritual begins with a warm, aromatic steam bath. 

After your body is lathered up on the marble table, 

your circulation is stimulated using the kese (a peeling 

glove). The soap suds are then rinsed off with 

water. After the peeling, dive into a bathing experience 

straight out of 1001 Arabian Nights. Your skin 

is then oiled using the finest oils and its moisture 

replenished. The final stage is spent resting in our 

luxurious, oriental bed.

the leadership of dentist Hartmut Stach, will be at 

your disposal in the spa area. He and his team are 

on hand to offer general dental medicine, 24-hour 

emergency treatment, professional tooth cleaning for 

adults, teenagers and kids, bleaching and minor, 

as well as prosthetic services.

In-Depth Consultation 

Talk through your requirements, wishes and aims with 

the dentist in the relaxed atmosphere of our specially 

equipped dental surgery, identifying any problems 

you might have and the possibilities for rectifying 

them. 

Intraoral Before and After Shots 

A special experience at our dental surgery is the live 

recording of your mouth. Using an intraoral camera, 

we’ll take images of your teeth and gums and show 

them to you while you’re sitting in the chair. This 

facilitates optimum understanding of your current 

problem areas and allows us to make the best possible 

suggestions for treatment. 

Examination of the Mouth/Jaw/Face Area 

incl. Oral Hygiene Report 

By conducting a survey of your own oral hygiene 

status, we can examine your level of cavities, 

damaged fillings, plaque (macrobial covering) and any 

inflammation of your gums. 

The initial examination features a measurement 

of the periodontal pocket depths. This helps us 

to recognise whether your gums are healthy or 

whether you might have a superficial gum infection 

(gingivitis). If a tentative diagnosis of periodontitis

is made (when the depths are wider than 4mm), a 

further examination in the form of a test for bacteria 

is advised. About 50 per cent of all heart and 

circulation disorders originate from a high number of 

bacteria in the mouth. These promote diseases such 

as diabetes and arteriosclerosis; they can also cause 

babies to be born prematurely. 

Professional Tooth Cleaning by a 

Dental Hygienist 

The Airflow System is an innovative procedure for 

professional teeth cleaning and can be used as an 

alternative to, or to complement, traditional techniques. 

The gentle Airflow treatment cleanses your 

teeth using a warmed mixture of powder and water 

(mostly sodium carbonate) that swirls around the 

surfaces of the teeth and the gaps between them. 

Airflow is particularly perfect for cleaning hard to 

reach places. This technique is also suitable for 

cleaning replacement teeth, crowns and implants, 

providing excellent results every time. 

Your teeth will be between 4 and 7 grades brighter 

after approx. one hour. Before bleaching is performed, 

however, it is recommended that you have 

your teeth cleaned professionally.

rounded off nicely with a wonderful head and face

Dental Care for Kids and Teens 

We also have a dental programme for kids. Your kids 

will be shown, with the use of our special camera, the 

best way to clean their teeth and how to colour them 

(to differentiate between clean and plaque-covered

Bleaching 

Fläsh, the new teeth whitening system from Bluedenta,
