JUDY SCOTT SATURDAY, APRIL 21 AT 8 PM LOU VILLANO PRESENTS THE PAUL ANKA SONGBOOK TRIBUTE SHOW SATURDAY, APRIL 28 AT 8 PM An outstanding entertainer with a fabulous voice, Judy Scott was performing at New York’s famous Copacabana when Jerry Lewis caught her act and immediately signed her to appear with him at the Sands Hotel in Las Vegas and at the Fontainebleau in Miami Beach. Audience response was so great that he then featured her on his next television special. She has toured nightclubs throughout the United States and the world, performing with such famous personalities as Jackie Mason and David Brenner as well as performing with Buddy Hackett at Resorts International. Her career also includes television and appearing with her fourteen-piece band, Sentimental Journey. Opening for Judy is pianist Gary Clark. Gary brings The Great American Songbook, Broadway’s musicals and the great film scores to life with his infectious and joyful arrangements. Music critics have hailed him as a renaissance man because his musicality is so remarkable. In this must-see show, Lou Villano performs all the hits of Paul Anka and more. Growing up in Brooklyn and singing the songs of some of the most popular singers from the ‘50s and ‘60s, Lou’s favorite was Paul Anka. When he started to entertain, audiences would comment on his resemblance to Paul as well as having his vocal styling so he put together a Paul Anka Songbook Tribute Show which has people raving with comments like “Lou knocked it out of the ballpark …” and “Probably the best Paul Anka tribute performer in the United States”. We promise you will agree with these comments and walk out singing such hits as Put Your Head On My Shoulder, Diana, You Are My Destiny, Lonely Boy and Puppy Love.
