From the birth of the first mid-week package and then the transition to the Bluebell Wedding
Package, Class Act have been a part of many happy couple’s special day and going forward
plan to introduce some additions to what is currently on offer.
What we bring to the table is quality, commitment, reliability and the ability to deliver at an
entry level budget. Currently we include lighting to both levels of the central hall, a PA system
in the ballroom, a black and white dance floor and a discotheque with DJ.
Whilst this is enough to make Hedsor House look wonderful we feel the addition of the dining
room lighting and the colour wash to the ceiling in the central hall would be a finishing touch.
We will also be including an aisle runner (with a choice or white or ivory) as a standard feature.
We have already added a new sound system for the discotheque and the effect lighting is
currently under review. We also have plans to introduce a fresh look to the booth.
From now on our DJ’s will be in evening dress and will obviously continue with our no drinking
policy.
Every effort will be made to accommodate music choices and requests.
Cost for the new Bluebell is based on Monday to Thursday and we can be flexible during the
lean months should the need arise.
All documentation and communication with clients and suppliers held by Class Act is deemed
to be confidential and will be stored with strict adherence GDPR regulations 2018.

CENTRAL HALL
Up-lighting to both levels is included in the
package and we have now added the ceiling
wash.
Colour is completely the client’s choice and
we offer an on-line pallet of the available
colours for them to choose from.
The central hall can be lit in several ways. The
client may choose between many options; all
one colour, split level or multi-colour.
For the ceremony and reception, we would
not normally switch the lighting on leaving
the ‘wow’ factor for evening but should an
alternative look be required for the daytime
there is no additional charge and it can be
re-programmed during the wedding
breakfast.

AISLE RUNNER
We have now added the aisle runner to the
package which is available in either ivory or
white.
With a protective film which is taken off at the
last possible time ensures that it is prestine
when the bride walks on it for the first time.
These runners are bespoke, made specifically
for the Central Hall at Hedsor House and are
1.2m wide & 10m long

DANCE FLOOR
Within the package we include a black and
white chequered dance floor in the central
hall.
Well maintained and cleaned thoroughly
before every event this dance floor
compliments the building and lighting
whatever the colour.

DINING ROOM
Usually offered as an extra we have now
added this to the Bluebell package.
Normally set as a contrast to the central hall
for use as the bar area. However, the
colour is totally the clients choice.

DISCOTHEQUE
As a production company we are aware of
the constant change in technology and for
that reason have now up-dated the sound
system that we provide for this package.
Streamline in appearance and a much
improved sound. The lighting is flown from
the balcony to give a clean and simple look
to the dance area.
The star-cloth booth is standard however we
will have a choice to upgrades available in
the future.
In an effort to uphold the standard of Hedsor
House our DJ’s wear evening dress and we
pride ourselves on providing a well-balanced
selection of music mixed with the clients
requests and playlists.

P.A. SYSTEM
This is set up in the ballroom and has a radio
microphone for speeches during the wedding
breakfast.
We supply a connection cable to enable the
client to use any mobile device for background
music. The P.A. is pre-set by our
engineers to enable the control of volume
etc. from the clients audio device of choice
(within suitable limits).
