The first day of spring is Tuesday, March 20. That day marks the vernal (spring) equinox when the sun crosses the celestial equator, an imaginary line in the sky, south to north, above the Earth's Equator. Day and night are of almost equal duration — a delicate balance between light and dark. The month of March marks a time of transition, when winter changes over to spring. Last month we asked our readers to give us feedback on Granby Living by completing our Reader Feedback Survey. Thanks to your input, we've gotten some interesting insights and are planning to make some changes for future issues. Overall, residents seem to really enjoy receiving Granby Living each month. Almost 50% of you report spending 30 minutes or more reading each issue. Surprisingly, over 65% report that they keep Granby Living in their homes for a month or more, with almost 75% referring back to the magazine up to 10 times over the course of the month. Over 86% rate Granby Living excellent to good in overall quality. Thank you all for your participation and continued support. If you haven't completed our Reader Survey already, we'd still love to get your input. The survey takes less than five minutes to complete. Go to our Facebook page at Granby Living – Best Version Media and click on the link to the online survey. Or you're always welcome to share your comments directly by emailing me or Bruce Deckert at or As the days grow warmer, we're excited to continue to improve Granby Living in the months ahead. Sincerely, Anthony Serino, Publisher | 860-305-4065 "The March wind roars Like a lion in the sky, And makes us shiver As he passes by. When winds are soft, And the days are warm and clear, Just like a gentle lamb, Then spring is here." — Author unknown Like us on FB | Granby Living - Best Version Media HEALTH / WELL-BEING Kristal Fiorentino, I-AYT The Om Within LLC 702-523-0274 SENIOR LIVING / HEALTH CARE Christine M.
