Health and Safety Training for Managers - ihasco Safer Recruitment Training - ihasco Lone Worker in the Workplace - ihasco Risk Assessment Training - ihasco Accident and Incident investigation training - ihasco Organising Trips for Management - ihasco *COSHH ( If appropriate)– ihasco *Food Hygiene (If appropriate ) – ihasco *Food Hygiene Level 2 (If appropriate) - ihasco Throughout your 6 month induction programme, your training will be specific to the needs of the children and young people within your particular environment. This is to ensure that you are trained and skilled to meet individual needs at all times. As each school/ college has a different cohort of children and young people, your Line Manager will discuss with you what training will be covered from the following pages; some of the training is compulsory regardless of what setting you are working in.
