EVIDENCE DRYING CABINETS The Forensic Evidence Cabinet is used for drying and storing evidence recovered from a crime scene. The cabinet will ensure containment of fumes, odours and par culates, whilst also minimizing the risk of cross contamina on. Controls are located at front of the cabinet and include: Humidity sensor to inform the operator when the evidence is dry and ready to remove. Security tags and Key Locks on main access door. Low Airflow Alarm for blocked filters. Op onal heater in top sec on to maintain ambient temperature in cold loca ons. Its recirculatory design makes the unit ‘ready to use' with no duc ng required for its opera on or setup. Air entering into the top of the cabinet is first passed through an inlet pre-filter and then through a HEPA par culate filter to ensure it is clean and sterile. The sterile air then passes downwards through the cabinet in an laminar follow pa ern ensuring evidence is dried under sterile air condi ons. Vapours, odours and par culates given from drying evidence are filtered by both special carbon and HEPA filters located in the base unit. This ensures that no dangerous substances are exhausted in to the atmosphere surrounding the laboratory. Its ductless construc on also allows the unit to be easily moved and transported. Corrosion proof interior design increases opera onal life, with the use of reinforced plas cs that are resistant to corrosion from various liquids and fumes. Each cabinet includes a complete plumbing package that makes cleaning the cabinet easy. The spray hose is kept outside the working compartment at all mes to prevent the chance of cross contamina on. A drain outlet with flexible hose is provided to allow waste water to be removed from the cabinet. The space inside the cabinet can be used to provide full length hanging space and with removable shelves for storage of smaller items. Op onal accessories include: Ligh ng, Starter Kit, Pre filters

FINGERPRINT DEVELOPMENT Downflow Worksta ons & Filters The DWS is a compact bench mounted Downflow Worksta on. It is ideal for operators handling harmful substances that require unrestricted access to their work area. Simply plug-in for immediate use. - Harmful fumes pass through the units filters, recircula ng clean air back into the laboratory. - There is no need for expensive duc ng to be installed due to the units re-circulatory airflow. - Its ductless construc on allows for the unit to be easily moved. - Carbon and HEPA filters are available to suit most laboratory applica ons. - The stainless steel tray is removable for easy cleaning. - The safety alarm will alert the operator if face velocity falls below 0.3 M/Sec.
