Our teams close to the projects worked many months to make the new roberthalf.com and roberthalf.ca realities. But some of you may wonder why a change was even necessary. Whenever we design — or rethink — one of our technology tools, we start with two goals: to make it easier for you to find likely clients and candidates, and for them to find you. Businesses today really can’t afford not to offer online service options. Our tools let companies choose how they work with us. In fact, we are finding that most of the job orders we receive online come from people who have never worked with us before. That means we’re connecting with employers whom we might not have otherwise reached. OPENING A FAST LANE Our next goal is to provide the quickest and most targeted matches possible so that prospects become loyal customers. When our technology merges with our personal, consultative approach, it’s well beyond the scope of our competitors. Hiring managers can use Candidate Browsing to take advantage of improved matching technology that enables them to filter search results by distance, education, relevant skills and related keywords. It’s now easier than ever for employers to browse our anonymous candidate profiles at their convenience — and then submit a job order online or contact our professionals for more information. New features also help candidates. When they sign up for our job alerts, they can receive emails the moment we have jobs that match their qualifications. By early 2018, our new external websites should have rolled out in all countries where we have offices. POWERING PRODUCTIVITY The redesigned sites are only the newest of our continued investments in technology. Our strategy has never been about giving you one magic bullet that can do it all. Instead, we want you to rely on the cumulative power of all the tech tools at your disposal to help you make the most productive use of your time. Take Salesforce, which is now available in all of our locations worldwide. Performing your searches in Spotlight, for instance, can save you time. Because of the partnerships we’ve forged with job boards like CareerBuilder, Dice and Monster, you can easily and quickly locate ideal matches with a single Spotlight search. I encourage you to take advantage of its extra features, such as the Planner and Job Posting Writer, too. Making full use of our technology can help you play an important role in demonstrating to customers that they can’t get our kind of service anywhere else.
