How? Because our global Salesforce platform allowed her to instantly sync up and flip the leads to the appropriate teams in the United States and Canada. It’s now official: We’ve brought Salesforce to all our locations, aligning Robert Half globally for the first time on a single platform. “We have now made our way around the world,” said Steve Kass, senior vice president of Business Transformation and Innovation. “We finished off this summer with our offices in the U.K., Germany and South America.” Salesforce is a large part of our strategy to aggressively invest in tools and infrastructure, so our teams can provide superior service to our clients, candidates and internal customers. Corporate Services teams have spent the last few years building, rolling out and updating the system, which touched virtually every department and team in the company. “From the day we first envisioned replacing our 19 different front-office systems with one global platform, more than 400 members of our IT teams have worked tirelessly,” said James Johnson, vice president of Information Technology. “In the process, they have become world-class experts at designing, building and deploying Salesforce products and in migrating data onto the Salesforce platform.” The final country and regional deployments were led by Lisa Hendry, senior manager of product services, and Kristin Kanter, senior manager of deployment programs. During the entire project, our staff development team collaborated on pre-go-live trainings, as well as during the rollout and provided ongoing support. “Quite simply, Salesforce is the biggest project the company has ever undertaken,” Steve said. “We are the first and only staffing firm to build a custom, global Salesforce platform of this magnitude.” Our teams continue to improve elements of Salesforce based on feedback from field users. This summer, for example, they rolled out Job Posting Writer, which simplifies job posting creation, and in the fall, they made Spotlight and Planner even easier to use. Our field professionals everywhere now use Salesforce to fulfill our company’s purpose: helping companies find the talent they need to succeed and finding the right fit for job seekers.
