MONTHLY UPDATE: MARCH 2018 Sales Update Schon Duke, VP of Sales We recently completed our very first “Sales Representative Council” … Nine key Sale reps spent the last 3 Days learning about the EOS process, meeting with key departments in round table discussions and solving issues... we will be sharing more from this meeting over the next several weeks. The meetings where highly productive, candid and results driven... The Sales team of Representatives did a great job! One main theme became a priority on the issues board... How do we articulate to our customers their importance and what we are doing to improve their experience with our brands... Here is the “Customer First Message” your rep council developed for us to tell our valued dealers. The Customer First Message: “2018 is a transformational year for Summer Classics. With an historic investment in inventory, technology and people we are positioned to serve and supply our customers as never before. 2018’s Essentials quick ship program is dramatically stocked in anticipation of a brisk spring selling season. Roll out will be our smoothest ever with deeply stocked positions in 3 major warehouses in Alabama with our crucial SKU’s. Additional “safety stock” is also being staged in China warehouses for quick access in peak season.” Some highlights of our commitment to our customers: Technology: Sophisticated warehouse management system to enable precise tracking of frames and cushions from manufacturing to delivery New phone system software to dramatically improve accessibility to our customer service representatives People: Massive multi-million dollars restructuring and expansion of key personnel at all levels including customer service Special Resolution Command Center: A new customer escalation center for operational enhancements and problem resolution with speed This historic investment in product—people and—systems places Summer Classics in a commanding position for 2018 and beyond to “PUT OUR CUSTOMERS FIRST” 4 of 21
