TASTY AVOCADOS<br />

Avocados are a great treat - they can<br />

go with both sweet and savory dishes, and<br />

they are perfect for making food more flavorful<br />

and filling. Add them to chicken and<br />

wasting calories on sugar and sweetener.<br />

UNLOVED EGGS<br />

Eggs were demonized in the 1980s and<br />

90s, but for no good reason. Eggs are good<br />

for you. They contain b-vitamins, choline<br />

and omega-3 fatty acids, and they are good<br />

for your brain, nervous system and cardiovascular<br />

system. They are rich in healthy<br />

fats and they are also good as a source of<br />

protein. There was a concern that the cholesterol<br />

in eggs could be harmful, but more<br />

recent research shows that there is no link<br />

between cholesterol in the diet and cholesterol<br />

in your blood. The cholesterol in eggs<br />

is good for a man’s testosterone production<br />

and eggs fill you up too, which means that<br />

you will be less inclined to snack throughout<br />

the day - making it easier to maintain a<br />

calorie deficit and lose weight.<br />
