Sigma 35mm f/1.4 Art Lens Review

The art lens series is the top of the cream line for Sigma, and there has been a lot of anticipation for it. How did their 35mm fare? Find out in this review -


CONSTRUCT • More plastic than metal. • Still feels rather solid despite being a rather light lens. • Very little moving parts on the outside – Will probably last long. • Weather resistant, not weather sealed. • Made in Japan… if it matters.

AUTO FOCUS • Very good on a Nikon. • Does not seem to have any problems, even in low light. • Even the manual focus ring is smooth. • There are reports of this lens not working on older Nikon F cameras though.
