MARCH 2018 Parish News Lent Group Just one of our three groups this Lent seen here enjoying the hospitality of John and Sheila Lamming. If you wish to join any of our Lent Groups details can be found on page 17. The Vestry……..an update As part of the planned development and improvement of St Thomas’, the Vestry is going to be completely refurbished. Current plans include pointing of the outside stone work, repair work to the plaster and redecoration. New storage cupboards for the Vestments will be fitted along with a new sink unit and more storage cupboards and shelves. The level of the floor will also be raised to enable access from outside as it is planned to further develop the Vestry into a Parish Office to support the mission and ministry of our Church. It is envisaged that the Parish Office will be open for part of the week. Further details and plans will be in the forthcoming magazine but it is hoped to complete this work during 2018. If you have any ideas then please do speak to Rev Steve, Rev Claire, the Church Wardens or members of the PCC. Many thanks Rev Steve 11
