Caution Pause all time

Caution Pause all time before and after spin stop Part of the cycle sequence include a short period of time where all activity in the machine is suspended. These brief rest periods are part of the logic sequence of the cycle, the duration of the “pause all” period can be reduced to form the super efficient machine. Please read cautionary notes above. Default setting: Ultima = 3 seconds – Uno = 2 seconds Minimum setting: 1 seconds Maximum setting: 5 seconds Caution Final rinse time - seconds The last part of the cycle is a clean water flush, this parameter permits the duration to be reduced. This is part of the super efficient cycle and should only be modified under guidance from the DDC Dolphin Technical Team in Poole. Please note the parameter also impacts the delivery of disinfectant chemical. Default setting: 10 seconds Minimum setting: 5 seconds Maximum setting: 10 seconds Caution Blade clean, spin / stop sequence (Ultima only) The Uno cycle sequence contains one “blade spin / stop” sequence, this is where the blade is paused then started again the stops. This sequence is designed to through pulp off the blade, the debris is then washed into the lower chamber. The Ultima has two of these spin / stop sequences, reducing these to one forms part of the superefficient cycle sequence. This should only be modified under guidance from the DDC Dolphin Technical Team in Poole. Default setting: 1 Minimum setting: 0 = 1 spin / stop event Maximum setting: 1 = 2 spin / stop events Copyright © 2017 DDC Dolphin Ltd. Page 22 of 47 February 18 SGPv27 – V1.7

Lid closed at end of cycle – unlock delay As the macerators ages it is possible for the blade to indicate signs of overrun, This is where the motor is OFF but the blade continues to turn. This normally indicates a lack of resistance against the shaft seals or possibly a worn or polished motor shaft. This parameter permits the engineer to set a delay at the end of the last cycle. This delay will hold the lid closed for the duration set below. This delay is implemented the end of the cycle. Machines indicating signs of overrun should be investigated, with a view to replacing the motor and the shaft seals. This parameter is designed to provide a safe condition for the machine until the problem is rectified. Please note this delay at the end of the cycle can frustrate clients, especially where the machine is in high demand, rectifying the issue is highly recommended. Default setting: 4 seconds Minimum setting: 0 seconds Maximum setting: 30 seconds Copyright © 2017 DDC Dolphin Ltd. Page 23 of 47 February 18 SGPv27 – V1.7
