The 2018 budget will hold the assessments at $350 annually. The assessments were due by the 1 st of January and late fees began the 1 st of February ($25), March ($50) and April ($75). As of June 1 st , the account will go to collections and additional fees build quickly. Please don’t wait for that to happen. If you can’t pay the assessment when due, contact to get on a payment plan. The Board of Directors communicates through the management company. All concerns should be sent through FirstService. All communications require your Email address to respond. There are other documents that go out to you prior to each monthly meeting to keep you up on what we will be discussing.
