I am directed to refer to your letter bearing C.No.30-PA/ADC-
II/Misc./2004/2062 dated 6-12-2004 on the above subject and to clarify that the orders
regarding suspension of Sales Tax Internal audit issued vide Board‘s letter of even
number dated 8.11.2004 relates to the field audits, under section 25 of the Sales Tax Act,
1990, only.
