SERIES G30
OVERVIEW
The Series G30 wrapper is characterized by its robust design and a particularly low working height. The machines are operated stationary.
The four conveyor belts on the wrapping table ensure uniformly wrapped bales, even with soft and bulky bales.

G3010
The three-point linkage machine is the ideal wrapping machine for customers with
smaller bale counts per year. The G3010 impresses with its uncomplicated, efficient
operation and can be optionally equipped with a bale pick-up.

G3010 Farmer
The G3010 Farmer combines efficiency and comfort. The adjustable hydraulic articulated
drawbar and compact design allow the wrapping machine to be transported with almost
any towing vehicle. The integrated motor and ease of operation make the G3010 Farmer
the ideal wrapper for one-man operation.

G3010 Profi
The G3010 Profi wrapper with diesel engine is the perfect stationary machine for the
demanding use of contractors. All operations are fully automatic, allowing the operator
to fully concentrate on bale handling. This saves time and costs—the output per hour is
significantly increased!

CONTROL SYSTEM
The control system STANDARD with wireless operation and PROFI are a real highlight. They were specially developed for their purpose,
impress with their simple and intuitive operation and are installed in a robust housing. In addition, all functions can be set directly on the
machine’s control unit and with the hand levers.

Control system STANDARD with wireless operation
The wrapping process and film application and cutting work cycles are automatic, while
bale deposit is performed at the push of a button. On units with bale pick-up, the remote
control has a joystick for controlling the bale pick-up.
All functions and settings are adjusted via the control unit on the wrapper.

automatic. All processes can, of course, also be controlled manually. All functions and
settings are adjusted directly via the program control.

HIGHLIGHTS
1 DESIGN
3 ROTATING WRAPPING ARM WITH
STATIONARY WRAPPING TABLE
The Series G30 wrappers are particularly characterized by their low working
height. The robust and solid design and workmanship of the wrapper
guarantee a long service life.
It is impossible for the bale to fall off with this system as there are no
centrifugal forces acting on it. While the belts ensure continuous rotation of
the bale, the two rotating bale guide rollers (optionally up to four) keep the
bale in position. This guarantees uniform overlapping of the film.
When bale deposit is performed, the wrapping table is tilted to the side and
the bale is gently deposited next to the machine.

CONTROL UNIT WITH HAND LEVER
The control unit and the hand lever are helpful for maintenance and
service work. All functions and processes can be performed directly on
the machine. This means that the operator can simply leave the handset
in the tractor cab.

WRAPPING ARM WITH FILM STRETCH UNIT
The wrapping arm comes with a film stretching unit for 750 mm film rolls.
The patented plastic rollers ensure uniform pre-stretching. This saves film
and guarantees tightly wrapped and airtight bales. In addition, the rollers
are not temperature sensitive. The quick-change system allows empty rolls
to be replaced quickly and easily.

FILM CUTTER
The stainless steel cutting knife guarantees clean and precise cutting
of the film. At the same time, the film is fixed by the cutting lever.
Shortly after the start of the wrapping process, the standard float position
ensures easy release of the wrapping film.

8 BALE PICK-UP
In the basic model, the wrapper is powered by the towing vehicle.
On request, the G3010 wrapper can be equipped with an external drive
motor. A choice of PTO or electric drive (4 kW motor) (Fig. 6) or gasoline
engine (8.2 kW) (Fig. 7) with battery, e-starter as well as hydraulic system.
The G3010 wrapper can be optionally equipped with a hydraulic bale pickup.
By turning the lift fork it is possible to lift the bale moving forward or
backward.

The hydraulically adjustable lift axle and articulated drawbar allow the
G3010 Farmer and Profi machines to be pulled and parked in work position.
The wrappers can be easily loaded with a transport fork due to their low
height. A front loader is not required.
It is extremely important to have enough film on long workdays. With the
G3010 Farmer, up to four rolls of film can be transported, and up to 16 with
the G3010 Profi.
The holders are located on the rear side of the wrapper at a comfortable
working height.
