OVERVIEW 

G3010 Q 

The G3010 Q Standard is characterized by its robust design and low working 

height. The wide, continuous bale conveyor belt guarantees even wrapping, 

even with bulky bales. The wrapper is equipped with the program 

control STANDARD with wireless operation. A hydraulic bale pick-up can 

also be fitted as an option. 

CONTROL SYSTEM 

G3010 Q Farmer 

The square bale wrapper is the ideal machine for single-user operation. 

The user friendliness of the control system STANDARD with wireless operation 

makes it possible to perfectly combine different actions into a smooth 

process. Thanks to its compact design, the G3010 Q Farmer can be transported 

with almost any tractor. 

G3010 Q Profi 

The G3010 Q Profi with powerful 17.5 kW diesel engine is the perfect machine 

for contractors. The bale wrapping and bale stacking processes can 

be done simultaneously. The program control PROFI performs all work processes 

fully automatically. 

The control system STANDARD with wireless operation and PROFI are a real highlight. They were specially developed for their purpose, impress with their simple and intuitive operation and are installed in a robust 

housing. In addition, all functions can be set directly on the machine's control unit and with the hand levers. 

Program control STANDARD with wireless operation 

The "wrapping process" and "film cutting" work cycles are performed automatically, 

while bale deposit is performed at the push of a button. On units with bale pick-up, the 

remote control has a joystick for controlling the bale pick-up. All functions and settings 

are adjusted via the control unit on the wrapper. 

Program control PROFI & PROFI with wireless operation 

The wrapping process, film cutting, and bale deposit work cycles are fully automatic. 

All processes can, of course, also be controlled manually. All functions and settings are 

adjusted directly via the program control.

The G3020 Q Profi trailed machine with side bale pick-up is the ideal 

square bale wrapper for use in the field. The program control PROFI performs 

all work processes fully automatically. 

HIGHLIGHTS 

RELIABLE BALE GUIDANCE 

The roller tubes arranged on both sides are connected to each other by 

control rods. This results in forced control which, in conjunction with the 

conveyor belt, produces a clamping effect on the bale. The wrapping machine 

ensures reliable bale guidance even with rectangular bale dimensions. 

The length of the conveyor belt is adapted to the bale dimensions 

with a quick adjustment mechanism. 

FEED STOP VALVE 

The feed stop valve controls the speed of the wrapping table and adjusts 

the speed of rotation of the bale to ensure that the film overlaps evenly. 


The G4010 Q Profi stationary machine not only impresses with its twin 

wrapping arm, but also with its fully automatic program control PROFI with 

wireless operation. This wrapper can be used to wrap square bales up to 

a length of two meters. The wrapping of double bales is particularly practical. 

The output is increased and you can reduce wrapping film usage by 

up to 20%. 

WRAPPING ARM WITH FILM PRE-STRETCH- 

ERS 

The square bale wrappers are equipped with combined film pre-stretchers 

for 500 mm and 750 mm film rolls. The plastic rollers ensure uniform 

pre-stretching. In addition, the rollers are not temperature sensitive. This 

saves film and guarantees tightly wrapped and airtight bales. The height of 

the pre-stretchers can be adjusted. This ensures that the bales will always 

be wrapped perfectly around their own center. The quick-change system 

allows empty rolls to be replaced quickly and easily. 


The G4020 Q Profi trailed machine with twin wrapping arm and bale pickup 

is the consummate professional among square bale wrappers. The 

program control PROFI performs all work processes fully automatically, 

guaranteeing stress-free operation. 

EVENLY WRAPPED 

The wide, continuous bale conveyor belt guarantees even wrapping, even 

with bulky bales. Another major advantage of square bale wrappers is that 

both square and round bales can be wrapped. 

FILM CUTTER 

The stainless steel cutting knife guarantees that the film will be cut cleanly 

and precisely. At the same time, the film is fixed in place by the cutter lever. 

Shortly after the wrapping process begins, the standard float position 

ensures that the film will unwind easily.
