Naturally economically
The UNIO-Oil-System is solvent free and based on naturally renewable raw materials.
It is used to treat wooden floors and any other interior wooden surfaces.
Linseed, sunflower, jojoba oil and natural carnauba, candellila and beeswax
protect the wood surface from everyday wear and make it more resistant.
Through the spurring on the oil the natural colour of the floor will be emphasised.
As well as being solvent-free, the glimtrex UNIO-Oil boasts an extremely
high yield and a environmentally friendly formula.
The oil is cobalt-free, antibacterial and fulfils the following standards:
• DIN 53160: resistant to saliva
• DIN 688861-1c: resistant against wine, coffee, cola, tea, beer etc.
• DIN EN 71-3: Safety of toys
Moreover it hast a DIBt-approval from the German Institute of construction

UNIO First-Care is a special maintenance product for the first care of wood floorings that have
been treated with glimtrex UNIO-Oil. It is used to refresh and protect the wooden surface:

Hard but fair
A wooden floor creates a warm atmosphere and is a visual highlight.
The selection of the right treatment is essential for a the long duration of a
beautiful wooden surface.
If a parquet floor needs a clear coat, a special lacquer-system is needed to make
the floor resistant against the heavy use.
Simply the coat thickness and the applied quantity is not deceiving for the
result. The right component selection is vital to the correct protection of the
wooden surface.

Whereas a 1K-special-lacquer withstands daily traffic, 2K-systems are
recommended for heavier traffic.
During the drying process an extremely durable finish forms on the parquet
surface through a chemical reaction.
A proven solution is an acrylic varnish, which has been strengthened by
polyurethane, so called „hydro-acrylat-PUR-system“.
They show high resistance against footprints and „household cleaners“.
Despite their hard surface the „hydro-acrylat-PUR-systems“ are kind to
the environment and people.
They are water-soluble, environmentally friendly and suitable for the treatment
of children‘s toys .

Protection and Care for all weather
Wood is a natural raw material, which regularly needs care and protection.
When used outdoors, wood is subjected to sun, rain, wind and frost.
With the right coating you can protect wooden facades, windows, garden furniture
and wooden decks permanently against rain and UV-rays.
If untreated timber is exposed to UV-rays the wooden surface will change and the
colour will fade. The consequence – the wood gets grey.
Pigmented-coating-systems, both varnished and covered, give the wooden surface
sufficient protection against rain and UV-light.
A colour UV-coating increases the usability of the wood whereas a colourless finish
will not protect against the sun.

enjoy your floor for a long time.
The basic care is made with our water additive „Floor-Care“.
If the floor is heavily contaminated you can use our „Remover“ and then
„Intensive-care“ to give your floor a new shine yourself.
And the best thing is:
You don‘t need anything but a normal mop.
Wood care doesn‘t get easier than that.
By the way...
...regulated, healthy, indoor climate (20°C and 50-60 % rel. humidity)
are good for the preservation of wood, as this climate prevents distortions.
