Maintenance<br />
Our network of engineers, based throughout the UK and Ireland, are ready to<br />
respond when required.<br />
We configure your bespoke maintenance contract to best suit your needs.<br />
We include the level of service and number of site visits that work for you.<br />
As a minimum, we will visit you on an annual basis. On site visits can include<br />
routine maintenance through to in depth software updates and on site<br />
training. Your dedicated account manager and account support will be your<br />
first point of contact.<br />
We are committed to maintaining your system to keep it operating as per the<br />
day it was installed, so that you comply with data protection legislation. We<br />
include a 12 month guarantee on all parts as standard.<br />
