The purpose of practicing Breema is to<br />
bring you to the present and support<br />
you to remain present. Breema’s Nine<br />
Principles of Harmony are the key to the<br />
system’s many benefits. The principles can<br />
be used in any situation in life to deepen<br />
self-understanding: Body Comfortable,<br />
No Judgment, Single Moment Single<br />
Activity, No Force, Mutual Support, No<br />
Extra, Firmness and Gentleness, No Hurry No Pause, and Full<br />
Participation. In a joyful, nonjudgmental atmosphere we will<br />
explore the Nine Principles of Harmony and practice Breema’s<br />
rhythmic movement sequences. The flowing movements and<br />
postures of Breema bodywork and Self-Breema exercises are<br />
comfortable and natural. They nourish and energize body,<br />
mind, and feelings and lead to a new experience of ourselves.<br />
All levels of experience welcome; participants should be<br />
comfortable sitting and working on a padded floor. LMTs and<br />

Osho Active Meditations. These Active<br />
Meditations are specifically designed<br />
for busy people to give us glimpses<br />
of our inherent stillness. During this<br />
retreat we will experience the catharsis<br />
of Dynamic, the humming of Nadabrahma, the breathing of<br />
Chakra meditations, and the dance of Kundalini. There will be<br />
ample time to soak, hike and do Yoga with others. Bring your<br />

Dhyan Sahasi has been an Osho sannyasin for over 30<br />
years and co-established an Osho center in Houston after<br />
Rashneeshpurum. She participated in the Worker’s Program in Pune.<br />
Atmo Lahar has been an Osho sannaysin since 2005. She has<br />
participated in Osho meditation camps in Gujarat, Dehra Dun and<br />
Pune, India. She co-facilitated Osho retreats in Seattle in 2001.<br />

Community Herbalism: Radical Roots and New<br />
Awakenings<br />
The theme for this year’s conference,<br />
“Community Herbalism: Radical Roots and<br />
New Awakenings”, will look to the future of<br />
plant medicine. Our teachers have learned<br />
from the greats, have re-invented something<br />
sacred, or are activists in making herbalism<br />
accessible.<br />
Workshops, demonstrations, herb walks and merriment will<br />
appeal to beginning through advanced students. The healing<br />
waters and ancient forests of <strong>Breitenbush</strong> are an added bonus<br />
