DSLR CAMERA REVIEW
“The eye should learn to
listen before it looks.”
― Robert Frank
HELLO
My name is Murtabak. I love
photography and gadgets. I share the
passion by giving free presentations.
THE CAMERA PART 1
• Lighter than the professional
series – D610 has less metal
and more plastic.
• But still very sturdy.
• Not as weatherproof, but still
can take a few drops of water
and light rain.
• Rubber grip feels like the
same – Good but will wear
out over time…
THE CAMERA PART 2
• Has a very similar button
layout as D750.
• Missing dedicated “AF-ON”
button.
• Dual SD card slots.
• No tilt screen, no built-in
WIFI.
SHOOTING PART 1
• AF points kind of all stuck in
the middle…
• But 39 point is sufficient.
• Works well in daylight, but will
hunt in low light situations.
• Image quality and dynamic
range is amazing, almost on
par with D800.
SHOOTING PART 2
• Clean image all the way up to
ISO 800
• Usable images between ISO
1600 to 6400
• Beyond that is viewable, but
not good for any professional
work.
SPECIFICATIONS
• Megapixels: 24.3
• Dynamic Range: 14.4 Evs
• Color Depth: 25.1 bits
• Dimensions: 141*113*85mm
• Weight: 760g
• Media: Dual SD card slots
• AF Points: 39
• Max Shutter Speed: 1/4000 sec
THE GOOD
• Excellent image quality.
• Solid build, good ergonomics.
• Affordable full frame camera.
• Value for money.
THE BAD
• Missing back focus
button.
• AF points all stuck in the
middle of the frame.
• Not an ISO monster like
the D810 (who will want
to shoot in ISO 51200
anyway?).
• Not weather sealed.
