When Steve Heinsath relocated to the area, he quickly
recognized a significant gap in the local junk removal industry.
Existing providers were often slow to respond, costly, and
difficult to reach. Seeing an opportunity to better serve the
community, Steve purchased a 5’ x 8’ trailer and launched
Trash Can Willy’s. Despite having no prior experience in junk
removal, he leveraged his MBA in Marketing while building
the business during evenings and weekends.
Founded in May 2009, Trash Can Willy’s began as a oneperson
operation. Steve personally handled every aspect
of the business, often moving large and challenging items
such as pianos and refrigerators on his own. Guided by the

employees having been with the company for 10, 20, or even more years.

water delivery and water quality. In addition to installing high-quality pumps and pressure
tanks, Policy Well & Pump installs Pentek Intellidrive systems, which provide constant
