The <strong>Copperfield</strong> Southcreek Garage sale will be held on <strong>April</strong><br />
7 th weather permitting, if it should happen to rain, it will be<br />
held the following weekend <strong>April</strong> 14 th . If residents should<br />

(SC) MOLD<br />
Please be aware that this is the time of the year to start<br />
cleaning that green mold off of your house, one of the<br />
better and easier products to use is JOMAX and this can be<br />
found at any Lowes or Home Depot.<br />
(SC) POOL TAGS<br />
First Round of Pool Tags will be handed out at the Annual<br />
Meeting. Please check the Marquees within Southcreek for<br />
Annual Meeting Dates and Time.<br />
Criteria for obtaining pool tags:<br />
Homeowner completes the form, one tag per person in<br />
home over 11 years of age. Children under 10 must be<br />
accompanied by a Parent at the Pool.<br />
• Residence must be in good standing with the HOA.<br />
• For those leasing a house, please bring a utility bill to<br />
prove your residency.<br />
• Pool rules and calendar can be picked up with pool tags.<br />

(SC) REPORTING ANY SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY<br />
There are two ways to report suspicious activity. You can use the iWatch Harris County<br />
App. You can also call the Sheriff’s Department non-emergency number, 713-221-6000.<br />
iWATCH HARRIS COUNTY is a smart phone app designed to work with Android and<br />
iPhones. It allows citizens to report any persons or activities. Any tips can remain<br />
anonymous or citizens have the option to disclose their identity. Additional information<br />
is available at iwatchharriscounty.com.<br />
(SC) PARKS CLOSE AT SUNSET EACH DAY<br />
The Parks in our neighborhood close at dark. The Sheriff Department has requested that<br />
anyone who sees activity in one of our parks after dark, should report the activity to the<br />
Sheriff’s Department. Please call 713-221-6000 and once the recording starts, press “1.” Inform<br />
“dispatch” that you are reporting a suspicious person or suspicious activity in the Southcreek<br />
Village Park. You may request that the officer stop by your residence after the incident has<br />
been checked out, by letting the dispatch officer know this when you report the incident.<br />
(SC) TRASH & RECYCLING PICKUP<br />
Southcreek trash pickup is on Tuesdays and Fridays. Southcreek has backdoor pickup.<br />
This means that our trashcans may be placed at the back of our driveway. We do not have<br />
to have our trashcans at the curb. Big items such as yard clippings and tree branches<br />
should be placed at the curb.<br />
Our deed restrictions state that all trash, including grass clippings, cannot be on the curb<br />
until 6 PM the night before pickup and your trashcans must be picked up from the curb<br />
by 6 PM, the day of pickup. So… you cannot have trash on the curb until Monday and<br />
Thursday nights until 6 PM and everything must be removed from the curb by 6 PM<br />
on Tuesdays and Fridays. This includes any bags that contain lawn clippings. If you<br />
have a lawn service, have them place the bags behind your fence and not leave the<br />
clippings on the curb.<br />
Our recycling day is Tuesday. Please have your recycling bin at the curb by 7 AM on<br />
Tuesdays. Please pick up your recycling by 6 PM on Tuesdays to comply with our deed<br />
restrictions.<br />
