Student Transfer Forms for <strong>2018</strong>-<br />
2019 School Year Available <strong>April</strong> 2nd<br />
The Board of Trustees approved a recommendation for 35 CFISD<br />
campuses to be open for student transfers for the <strong>2018</strong>-2019 school year<br />
during its regularly scheduled meeting March 5 th , with students transfer<br />
forms made available online and at the campuses beginning <strong>April</strong> 2 nd .<br />
The following campuses were approved for a limited number of student<br />
transfers for the <strong>2018</strong>-2019 school year:<br />
High School<br />
Bridgeland (grades 9-11), Cypress Park (grades 9-11), Cy-Fair, Cypress<br />
Ranch, Cypress Springs and Langham Creek.<br />
Middle School<br />
Campbell, Goodson, Hamilton, Hopper, Kahla, Labay and Truitt.<br />
Elementary School<br />
Adam, Andre’, Danish, Duryea, Frazier, Gleason, Hairgrove, Hoover<br />
(grades PK-2), Jowell (grades 3-5), Kirk, Lamkin, Lee, Metcalf, Moore,<br />
Pope, Postma, Rennell, Sampson, Tipps, Walker, Wells and Willbern.<br />
A student who is currently enrolled and attending a CFISD campus may<br />
apply for an Open Transfer Request for the <strong>2018</strong>-2019 school year. The<br />
Office of Admissions will accept transfer request from <strong>April</strong> 2 nd through<br />
June 1 st .<br />
Transfer requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. For<br />

St. Elizabeth’s Educational Day-Out Services (S.E.E.D.S), is a<br />
developmentally appropriate Catholic Early Childhood Program at St.<br />
Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church serving children 18 months to five<br />
years of age. We are Nationally Accredited through NAEYC and have<br />
been serving this community for over 25 years. Our program provides<br />
a well-rounded education in a spirit of exploration and discovery along<br />
with specialty classes-Music, Spanish and Science Enrichment Lab. We<br />
are now open for registration for 2 day, 3 day and 5 day session options<br />
