befor e com in g to th e Un ited States as a f if teen -year- old.
I ?ve over com e a lot of tr aum a an d sexual abuse.
I allowed all of th is to h old m e back f r om bein g
auth en tic, f r om bein g who I am as a r eal per son , f r ee to
en joy life an d to live f ully.
D epression was m y go- to ch oice an d it ate m y soul out. I
becam e obese an d th en just about four-year s- ago I said,
?T h at?s it, n o m or e!? an d th at?s when m y tr an sfor m ation
star ted.
T hese days, I am drawn to the power to change how I think and
inspire others to do the same.
