Issuances • Receiving all delivered materials, confirming quality and quantity as per the requisition. • Issuing out materials through correct documentation. • Inventory Control • Ensure that all returnable materials issued e.g. tools, manuals etc are returned back to the store on time • Carry out regular stock checks to ensure good inventory control; reporting shortages and damages to the Workshop Manager (Support in Perpetual inventory) • Maintaining stationery stocks at appropriate levels, placing orders in a timely manner to ensure continuity • Workshop Administration

• Attend meetings at the head office and briefing workshop staff on deliberations made. • Liaise with the head office for issues pertaining to the workshop. • Document, print out and file any relevant workshop details. • Supervise and keep register of the workshop subordinate staff. • Cleanliness and Safety • Maintaining the utmost cleanliness and orderliness in the store • Ensuring high standards of safety regarding stored items to prevent fire hazard or any other accident • Daily monitoring of waste stock such as oils, metal, plastic, paper etc • Organising collection and disposal of rubbish items from the workshop • Perform additional tasks as required by the Camp Manager and workshop manager January 2009-2012: St Grace Learning and Counseling Centre Title: Chemistry/Biology Laboratory technician and also Biology Chemistry Class Teacher as a Volunteer. I volunteered my time when on vacation (Long Holidays) from school to teach in this center. My roles included setting up Chemistry and Biology practical sessions in the laboratory, and also I served as Biology and chemistry teacher in various class levels.
