About ProHeader Inc. ProHeader Inc. is a newer company that was founded in March of 2010 offering an array of classic muscle car and roadster chrome and engine accessories. With over 50 years combined experience, our friendly knowledgeable staff strives to deliver quality products at great prices everyday. Quality is more important than quantity to us and it shows in our products. We employ a staff of highly trained engineers in our manufacturing facilities to ensure that quality is never sacrificed and that the product is always consistently top notch. That means, less returns and less hassles for everyone. We believe that we have a winning combination to help you, the potential distributor, achieve greater sales and a bigger profit without the need for costly amounts of overhead. Whether your customers have a daily- driven classic, tire burning drag racer, or full-on show stopping street rod, ProHeader Inc. has you covered. Account Terms All potential customers must fill out an account application. If requesting an “Open Account” then customer credit references must be submitted along with a signed banking request form. Open accounts are approved at ProHeader’s discretion. If not approved for terms, then orders will be shipped utilizing credit card or pay first terms. Any accounts that become past due will be put on credit hold until paid in full and/or will be put back to COD terms. All invoices over 60 days past due will be subject to a 2% service charge. ProHeader Inc. reserves the right to change terms at our discretion without notice. Returned Checks Any accounts that have a check returned from the bank for “NSF” or “Stop Payment” will be charged a $25.00 returned check fee. In addition, the account may lose their “Open Account” status and be changed to pay first terms. The business of the delinquent account will be held liable for all legal and/or collection charges incurred. Delivery and Freight Orders will only qualify for free freight if the order value totals are over $3,500.00 in the designated Pacific region, $4,500.00 in the designated Central region, and $6,500.00 in the designated Eastern region. This only applies to customers granted prepaid upon account approval. Freight is based upon customer’s price level and is at the full discretion of ProHeader Inc. Orders not qualifying for free freight will pay for the freight at time of invoice. Prepaid freight invoices must be paid within each account’s terms. If a prepaid freight invoice becomes past due, then the associated account will be invoiced for the freight charge that applies. Selection of the shipping company will be at the discretion of ProHeader Inc. Any additional fees incurred due to lift gate or residential charges will be customer’s responsibility. These added fees are not covered in the free freight policy. If the customer requires special shipping or choice of their own carrier, then all freight charges will be at their own expense. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the correct number of cartons was received before signing the bill of lading. ProHeader Inc. will not honor any claims for carton shortages once customer has signed the shipping company’s bill of lading. Canceling an Order Freight charges will be assessed if an order in transit is cancelled or refused.as well as for charges to any changes to the ship to address, or residential addresses. Shortages and Claims Any shortages on shipments must be reported to ProHeader Inc. within seven (7) days of receipt of goods. No credit will be allowed for shortages after this time. ProHeader Inc. will fax the customer a claim form to fill out. (It is the customer’s responsibility to read and fill out the form in full). This form must be completed and faxed back to ProHeader Inc. before claim can be processed. If ProHeader is found to be at fault, a credit will be issued for the shortage and customer will need to re-order the item for a future order. No credit will be issued to a customer for a carton shortage if bill of lading has been signed for correct number of cartons being shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to take time and count number of cartons receiving before signing document. Do not take any deductions on original invoice when remitting payment. If there are any corrections to invoice, ProHeader Inc will issue a credit to the customer. No cash, credit card, or check refunds will be issued. Only credit towards merchandise will be given. Returns All return request forms must have an authorized RGA number with a copy of Invoice. RGAs must be approved by an account manager prior to returning any merchandise for any reason. RGA numbers must be clearly written on the outside of return package(s). A restocking fee of 20% may be applied to all returns unless it is an error on the part of ProHeader Inc. or for defective merchandise. Defective merchandise that was installed, is subject to warranty repair at ProHeader Inc.’s discretion. No returns will be accepted on discontinued/clearance merchandise or after 30 days of original purchase date without notifying ProHeader within the allotted time limit. The customer is responsible for all freight return charges and ProHeader will not issue any call tags. Limited Warranty Merchandise is warranted against defects or craftsmanship for certain periods of time depending on each item. Any alterations or fabrications made to merchandise that does not allow for proper installation or causes the merchandise to be improperly used will void all warranty. Make sure you check your order to ensure that all parts are correct before altering, painting, or installing (missed-boxed items apply). If the parts are altered or unprofessionally installed, all warranties against defects of material or workmanship are void and parts are not returnable. Warranty may or may not apply to discontinued/clearance items or if purchased item is beyond its given warranty time frame. Warranty period is limited depending on each item and is subject to change without prior notice.
