By coming to our world, Christ does not only show understanding but respect for the human family that He came to save. So aptly did the psalmist put it when he said, “When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, what is man that you are mindful of him, the son of man that you care for” [Psalms 8:3, 4]. Even though man is nothing but a worm before Jehovah's awful throne, God has the heart to invite Him before His presence to “reason together” [Isaiah 1:18]. In fact God respects man so much that He has even given him the important role of a steward.
