StableGROUND Stabilising

StableGROUND Stabilising below ground conditions Stable GROUND The StableGROUND product range offers a selection of effective ground control materials. Initially introduced to supplement the StablePAVE and StableGRASS grids, these products are equally valuable as standalone solutions. The range comprises: Fig 1 StableGROUND Geo-textile a woven stabilisation membrane for use below sub base or gravel paving to prevent contamination of permeable layers and adding a reinforcement layer, increasing resistance to rutting and ground movement. Particularly beneficial under paver bedding layers. Fig 1 & illustration StableGROUND Turf-mesh reinforcing mesh for placement over grassed areas, to reduce erosion and facilitate pedestrian and vehicle access across green surfaces. Available in standard (Pedestrian) and premium (Vehicular) grades. An ideal, cost effective solution for temporary access and parking Fig 2 StableGROUND Geoweb Three dimensional cellular confinement system for control of lateral and vertical movement below temporary and permanent paving layers. Aids load distribution over weak sub bases such as tree roots surround and no dig applications. Ideal base stabilisation for paved surfaces and surface stabilisation for unpaved access ways. Fig 3 StableGROUND Grass Mat Impact absorbing grass paving system, with RAPRA approval at critical fall height of 3 metres. Supplied in mats of 1.5 x 1.00mtr x 23mm deep which can be cable tied together for fast installation makes StableGROUND – Grass Mat a safe and effective playground paving solution. Can be used in conjunction with standard grade StableGROUND Turf mesh where below ground stabilisation is necessary. StableEDGE Simply flexible aluminium edge restraint Stable EDGE StableEDGE edge restraints are produced in 2.400 mtr lengths, providing an unobtrusive and easily fixed system for containing perimeters to pathways, parking areas, courtyards and hard standings. Flexible enough to create smooth, flowing curves as well as straight lines, and strong enough to cope with mechanical compaction of adjacent materials, StableEDGE restraints offer a productive, costeffective, and attractive solution to any bound surface. The concept is an elegant edge detail solution for stablised gravell installations. It is equally suitable for : • Standard Asphalt • Coloured Asphalt, including for use in the segregation of colours • Resin bound and resin bonded surfaces • Self binding pathway mixes • Stabilised gravel systems • Poured rubber toppings Depth: No of Lengths Metre run per pk. 18 mm 30 72 25 mm 30 72 38 mm 20 58 50 mm 20 48 64 mm 20 48 75 mm 15 36 100mm 15 36 150mm 10 24 STAKING DISTANCES: For entry way, walk ways, patios etc. stake every 50 – 70 cm.
