friends. Our donors, volunteers, Advisory Board and Councils, officers, and staff enable us to
carry out the work that our communities need.

mission of The Salvation Army. Whether it's seasonal assistance, social services, adult rehabilitation, shelters,
feeding programs, disaster relief or child care, The Salvation Army provides help for today's people in need

Marnie and Shane Fernandez chaired the
2017 Wiliam Booth Society Benefit Dinner with
guest speaker Marcus Luttrell.
Over 600 Salvation Army donors and
supporters came together to hear the “Lone
Survivor” author’s story and raise nearly $1 million
to help The Salvation Army provide its many
services to the Tulsa metro community.
The Sand Springs Corps Community Center
and Boys & Girls Club hosted their “Army of
Stars” benefit event in March. Longtime Advisory
Council member, Joe Williams, was honored with
a “Star” award and the guest speaker was Eddie
Baugher, Racers For Christ.
World renowned fiddler, Jana Jae, provided
special entertainment at the Sapulpa/Creek
County Women's Auxiliary annual Charity
Dinner in April benefitting The Salvation Army
Creek County Boys & Girls Club.
