The Battellino FP series comprises four
models of reliable, easy-to-use straight line
edgers which provide consistent edge quality
at a competitive price. The machines are
best suited for small to medium production
requirements and are built to last, with limited
maintenance.
The Battellino FP7 is fitted with 3 diamond wheels and 4 polishing wheels for
automatic flat edging and polished arrissing.

• Cast iron components with quality bearings ensure stability and reduce vibrations
• Heavy-duty motorised belt conveyor - wear-resistant for sturdiness and precision
• Changing of wheels is quick and easy due to large door to wheel compartment
• High precision of processing, tolerance on linearity of less than 0.1mm every 2m
• Each spindle has own ammeter to monitor the current load on its respective motor
• Glass thickness easily adjusted via hand-wheel and visualised with digital readout
