Neptun PDS Line
The cutting-edge PDS (Promax-Drillmax-Superinox) line provides a flexible,
completely automatic solution for integrating the processes of grinding, drilling,
milling and washing. The PDS Line comprises two numerical control machines,
namely Drillmax for drilling and milling and Promax for grinding and seaming,
combined with the Superinox washing machine to offer a fully integrated process.

• Centres work in completely automatic mode, requiring minimal set-up times
• Flexible processing with dedicated modules in separate, sequential phases
• Allows processing of both rectangular and shaped glass, as well as large glass

• Conveyor system suctions the back of the glass only, ideal for Low-E processing
• Ratio between investment and productivity significantly reduces production costs
• Available in height of 2600mm and customisable lengths according to requirements
