GMS Laminating Line
A laminating line for the manufacture of
polyvinyl butyral (PVB) laminated glass
for use in a variety of safety and security
applications. The complete line includes
inlet loading table and conveyor, washing
and drying machine, automatic lay up
section, independent roller pressing
machine, outlet offload table and conveyor
and autoclave to produce the finished
laminated product.

EVA Laminating Ovens
FG Trading can supply EVA laminating
ovens in various configurations depending
on requirements. The ovens have either
single or double heating chambers coated
with dust proof low thermal inertia calcium
silicate sheets with a limit temperature of
500°C or protected with a paint for high
temperatures up to 600°C.
The chambers are equipped with independent or multi-level tray trolleys which
are extractable for easy glass loading and unloading. The tray trolleys slide on ball
bearings suitable for high temperatures.
