Process management EVI is the centre of all business processes for our market-oriented contracting. Processes are structured and partly automated by means of standardized workflows. At LuxEnergie, the whole company works with EVI. Every employee has fast access to all relevant data. Document management The high integration density would not be possible without the BPM-integrated document management. Numerous letters and faxes reach and leave the LuxEnergie headquarters on working days. The front office scans incoming and outgoing post, which is then linked and archived according to several criteria such as relevant projects, headquarters, companies or people. This process is partly automated thanks to a data matrix on our documents.
