Switch Box Switch Adapter Key Switch Box USB Mouse Switch Box USB Multi2 Switch Box USB The switchbox belongs to the new generation of the proven INCAP switch adapter revised by CSS. The connection to the PC is effected by means of a USB connection cable. The mouse Switch Box works with Windows, Mac OSX and Linux. No driver installation, just plug in and get started. Up to two single sensors can be connected to this small terminal box to actuate the blank (space) and enter keys. Numerous programmes are supported such as e. g. the entire Lifetool and Läramera software in scanning with one or two button(s). The functions can be triggered either by two single sensors (e.g., PikoButton) with 3.5 mm mono jack plug or a combined sensor (e.g., Pneumax) with 3.5 mm stereo jack plug. Parallel to a mouse, keyboard, trackball or a joystick, the two important operating functions can be actuated with single push-buttons or single sensors. The functions can be triggered either by two individual sensors (e.g. PikoButton) with 3.5 mm mono jack plug or a combined sensor (e.g. Pneumax) with 3.5 mm stereo jack plug. The function of the two sensors is adjustable by means of a rotary knob; 10 different combinations are available. Virtually all programs are supported. Parallel to a mouse, keyboard, trackball or a joystick, these two operating functions can be actuated with single push-buttons or single sensors. Connections for control elements Control elements with one or two functions are usually connected by means of a jack plug with 3.5 mm diameter. The mono plug serves to connect control elements with one function (e. g. push-button like Piko button), the stereo plug for those with two functions (e. g. Pneumax for sip and puff). Control elements with 5 or more functions (e. g. Mini-Joystick) are frequently connected by means of a so-called 9-pin DSUB plug. The control element always features the female plug. SwitchMouse V2 USB The SwitchMouse is plugged into the computer instead of a normal mouse. The individual directions of movement of the normal mouse are simulated by a joystick (or another multi-sensor), which is plugged into the SwitchMouse. Instead of moving the mouse, the corresponding sensor (right, left, etc.) is actuated. The keys of a normal mouse are replaced by individual sensors or by the acknowledgement button of the joystick (if available). The SwitchMouse is a further development of the INCAP SwitchMouse. Connection to MAC or PC The SwitchMouse is connected directly to a USB port on your computer. It is recognized automatically, installation of drivers is not necessary for normal operation. Connections of single sensors (e.g., push-buttons) and joystick. A 9-pin D-SUB connector for the connection of a joystick and eight lateral jacks for the connection of single sensors with a 3.5 mm jack plug are attached to the SwitchMouse. The joystick's acknowledgement button corresponds to a mouse click of the left mouse button. The four left jacks can be used for the four directions instead of the joystick. The four right jacks correspond to the following mouse key functions: •Left mouse click •Click and drag (left mouse button) •Double-click left •Right mouse key •MAC OS X, Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, 8, and 10 compatible •No driver installation required •All functions available on D-SUB9 (joystick) jack •All functions available on 8 jack plugs •Speed and acceleration of the mouse pointer on the screen can be adjusted continuously by 2 regulators •Optical signaling of state of the left mouse key (pressed or not) •D-SUB9 plug for joystick •8x 3,5mm jack plugs for individual sensors •Power supply: USB socket, mini USB, 5V DC, max. 50mA •Dimensions: 77 x 77 x 26 mm Ideal for Mini-Joystick #20128 Switchmouse V2 USB www.csslabs.de | 27
