"MCSSN Senior Solutions", formerly known as "The Source", is a resource guide to goods, services and professionals serving older adults and their family's lifestyles and needs. Direct-mailed to 22,000 Medina County households with at least one resident 63+, MCSSN Senior Solutions is also distributed free of charge through doctors' offices, hospitals, senior events, area senior facilities, and by request.

Medina County Senior Centers City of Brunswick - Senior Service Coordination The Medina County Office for Older Adults (MCOOA) has partnered with the City of Brunswick to offer seniors service coordination at the Brunswick Recreation Center. Five days a week, an MCOOA employee is at the Rec Center to offer service assistance, referalls to programs and other support to seniors in the area. The MCOOA provides a nutrition program at the Rec Center twice weekly for seniors woh register. Any adult age 60 or over is qualified for this program. Various free health screenings are also available onsite from local professionals and agencies. A sampling are: Weekl free lunch and learns, bingo, Mah Jongg Single mens /Clubs and Single Ladies Clubs, as well as Couples night Out, Hicking and Fishing Clubs, Line Dancing, Baking and Gardening Clubs, Pinochle knittingm art classesm and uchm much more. The Brunswick Recreation Center is proud to offer Silver Sneakers classes to all who qualify. And don’t forget to check out the Brunswick Recreation Center’s summer concert series for your listening and dancing enjoyment. Trips are coordinated through bothe the Medina and Brunswick locations offering monthly casino trips, as well as many non gambling excursions several times through the year. T MCOOA produces the Bruswick Senior Spot, a newsletter that comes out bimonthly and keeps everthing on the calendar organized and our seniors informed! Our largest event of the year, the Brunswick Senior EXPO, takes place every January. Over 50 vendors that provide services for seniors are on hand to meet, greet and inform. Tasty treats are available for all! This event is free and opent ot the publiic.
