CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel your
appointment, larger services require 48 hours notice,
and day bookings require 1 week’s notice.
If you cancel your appointment without the required
notice there will be a 50% charge applicable, if you do
not arrive to your appointment, there will be a 100%
charge of the value of the appointment.
WEDDING STYLING
Our experienced stylists are ready to look after you on
your big day, in or out of the salon.
Just ask for a bespoke quote / details of what we can
offer you on the day and also the preparation.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Are available at any amount
and expire 6 months from date of purchase

PRIVATE ROOM
Our private hair salon can be used for the following;
religious reasons, wig styling, clients with children,
children’s styling if unsettled, medical reasons
& celebrations

When booking for your first visit to RMUK please be aware
that you will be asked to leave a small deposit to secure
your appointments, if you are having any colour to either
hair or eye lashes and eyebrows, you will need an allergy
alert test. In some cases if you are short of time we may
be able to send you a DIY kit in the post.
Affording city views, our fully licensed terrace bar is
situated on the top floor, exclusively for the use of
our registered guests and their friends!
We welcome you to come and relax before or after
your appointment or any other time for a coffee
and a light snack, or a cocktail with your friends.
A range of hot drinks, Nutri Bullet juices, cocktails,
alcoholic beverages and bar snacks are available.

When guests are having a hair or beauty treatment,
the first non-alcoholic hot drink is complimentary.
Arrival time; Being on time for your appointment is
essential. In order to get the most out of your treatment
please arrive 15mins prior to your appointment time to
complete a consultation form and relax before your
treatment. Arriving late will shorten treatment time as we
will not delay our next guest. However your treatment
will be charged at full price.
