A mosaic is a piece of art or an image made from many small pieces of coloured glass, stone, or other materials. It is often used in decorative art or as interior decoration. Media Freedom demonstrates that there really are no limits to the media that a mosaicist can use to create pieces of art. Glass, ceramic, porcelain, stone, slate, beads, and clay are just some of the many materials used. Entry to this exhibition is free, with many pieces available for purchase. Unfinished at the time of his death, Mozart’s Requiem is one of the most well-known settings of the requiem mass and loved by audiences worldwide.
