Already for the 14th time, the International Choir Competition and Festival will take place in Bad Ischl. This international choir competition to be held in the midst of the picturesque landscape of the Salzkammergut, has become one of the most important and most beautiful choral events in Austria by now. International and renowned jurors and choral experts will evaluate the vocal performances and help the choirs with words and deeds during the Evaluation Performances.
Apart from the competitions in the Kongresshaus, the event also includes Gala Concerts, international Friendship Concerts as well as performances during masses. What is more, the international choir parade throughout the center of this Austrian spa is one of the top highlights of the event. It is intercultural meetings like these between choirs and choral music lovers that make this event a memorable experience.

Already for the 31st time, the Franz Schubert Choir Competition and Festival will take place in the European Capital of Music, Vienna. Following the competition’s motto "Sing'n'Joy Vienna" choirs from all over the world will come together from May 30 - June 3, 2018.
The Sing'n'Joy concept focuses on the traditional Schubert competition but also features intercultural meetings and performances in Friendship Concerts.
The competitions will be taking place in the famous Vienna Concert House ("Konzerthaus Wien").
