What do we need to do to manage our neighbourhood well ourselves? Which models can we think of? For which problems should we find solutions? What would we be willing to contribute? What common potentials do we see that we could develop further? How could a self-governed neighbourhood be financed? Content: Collage-Postkarten, Visionen des „selbstverwalteten Kotti´s“ Based on these questions, the installation examines the potentials, fears and visions of a neighbourhood threatened by gentrification and displacement with various protagonists of Kottbusser Tor, and researches models of self-empowerment.
