surrey tennis foreword Contents elcome to our first ever online only publication of The W Tennis Surrey Review. It has been an exciting period for the County including a rebrand, a complete review of Council and how it performs and the re-launch of County Training. Tennis is of course our focus as a County and being as successful as we possibly can in Competition from Clubs and Venues to Inter County activities. For the last two years we have won the County Cup Race but as we are not greedy we allowed another county to take the title (for one year only) away from us in 2017. We have appointed Justin Sherring as our new County Performance Manager and he has done a huge amount of work engaging coaches and players from all over Surrey to get County Training up and running. Our County Office team of Chris Risebro, Tim Sagar, Debbie Slater and Lewis Woodham have also been working hard for the Clubs and Venues of Surrey for which we are very grateful. There are also the Councillors who have worked so hard for many years who have stepped down recently and we will mention these later in the publication. I hope you enjoy our County Review, but please do feed back on any thoughts and ideas for the future.
