This modules are simulation based, prompting agents to click where they would in the live system to advance. • PolicyCenter Introduction to PolicyCenter • PolicyCenter Auto/Property/Umbrella Account Basics for Agents • PolicyCenter Auto Full Application for Agents • PolicyCenter Property Full Application for Agents • PolicyCenter Umbrella Full Application for Agents • PolicyCenter Auto/Property Report Ordering for Agents • PolicyCenter Auto/Property/Umbrella Billing for Agents • PolicyCenter Auto/Property/Umbrella Document Management for Agents • PolicyCenter Auto/Property/Umbrella Manage Activities for Agents • PolicyCenter Auto/Property/Umbrella View Policy Information for Agents • PolicyCenter Auto Spin-Off and 5th Vehicles Policies for Agents • PolicyCenter Request Underwriting Approval for Agents • PolicyCenter Bridge to Nonstandard Consultation with Top-Tier Agencies (Agents) Sales selects 1-2 agencies per state for a consultation call and possible build-out of a custom learning path. The Academy and Sales partner together to schedule and conduct a consultative call to discuss “what is important for us to know about your business for this change to be successful?" This information acquired during the call will be used to develop a customized learning path for the agency, if requested as well as inform the Sales team on special nuances for other activation tactics. The Nationwide Academy Playbook April 30 th Communication The changes that are coming to our personal lines business in Oregon and Washington are about making it easier to connect with everything Nationwide has to offer. We want to help you compete in a complex market by being able to offer customers options and coverages – like SmartRide – that make a difference to them. Training So that you can start using the new One Product solutions and PolicyCenter with confidence, we have scheduled the following live, virtual sessions. I encourage you to register as soon as possible to make sure you can attend. Personal Lines Overview – PolicyCenter Intro & Overview – Don’t forget to attend this introductory training session if you haven’t already. Once you have completed this, please register for the following live, virtual webinars. After May 7, you’ll have access to resources such as self-paced on-demand e-learning modules, reference guides, and more. If you have questions about using iLearn, please view this job aid or video. Key Dates Effective April 7 and until PolicyCenter is online June 11, you are temporarily unable to quote a new policy with an effective date of July 1 or later. Please follow current quoting procedures for new business with effective dates prior to July 1. In-force policies will transfer to PolicyCenter Aug. 16.
