The Nationwide Academy Playbook April 30 th Training Tactic Training Experience Scorecard (Sales Managers) This scorecard provides sales leadership and key business stakeholders with a universal view of how the agent is progressing through the learning experience and includes registrations, attendance and completions of e-Learning modules, virtual sessions, and Training Connection/Click to Chat interactions. Use the scorecard to ensure agents are signed up for training. Be sure to review the data to identify where your agents would benefit from an engagement conversation or intervention. Although the scorecard will be emailed weekly April 30-July 2 the scorecard can also be found on One Product SalesNation page on the Measures tab. It can also be found through the Nationwide Academy page on the Business Impact>Reports tab. Invitations to Intro and Overview vILT Sessions – Phone Call (Agents) The Nationwide Academy makes targeted phone calls to tier one and tier two agents or agency advocates to extend an invite to the virtual introduction and overview session. Additionally the Academy will ensure that the agent is familiar with iLearn, is able to sign-in and will trouble-shoot any access issues. Consultation with Top-Tier Agencies (Agents) Sales selects 1-2 agencies per state for a consultation call and possible build-out of a custom learning path. The Academy and Sales partner together to schedule and conduct a consultative call to discuss “what is important for us to know about your business for this change to be successful?" This information acquired during the call will be used to develop a customized learning path for the agency, if requested as well as inform the Sales team on special nuances for other activation tactics. The Nationwide Academy Playbook May 7 th Communication The time is right around the corner when you’ll begin quoting the new One Product solutions on PolicyCenter, and there are some training opportunities coming up that will help you get ready for this transformation. In addition to the virtual sessions listed below that are open for registration, you’ll also find more e- learning modules and job aids on iLearn that will help you navigate and use the new policy administration system and products like the Home/Car Special Deductible and Paperless Discount. These new products, plus the automation and features like eSignature integration in PolicyCenter, can help you win in a market that’s more complex than ever. Live, virtual training sessions If you haven’t already registered for these sessions, please take a moment to do so. There are also some additional e-learning modules outlined that you should take before attending the second session. 1.
