Marketing e-brochure This e-brochure lets you create personalized, pre-approved content for personal lines prospects. Your agency information prepopulates when you create the brochure or postcard, but can be edited as you’re creating the materials. You’ll then see a menu of options for dynamic content to customize the piece for a specific prospect or sales situation. Customizable content includes product lines, product features and photo imagery. Training The course checklist and job aid listing below both will give you a glance at the learning resources available in iLearn. These are great resources to build your knowledge base about PolicyCenter and One Product as it becomes an everyday part of your business. The Nationwide Academy Playbook June 4 th Training Tactic NERO Sales Manager Meeting Onsite meeting for Sales Managers in the NERO region. Sales RVPs and AVPs will kick off the session and cover expectations, roles and responsibilities. Program Management and Field Product will host an open conversation about One Product to check for proficiency and confidence. The Nationwide Academy will virtual facilitate a PolicyCenter lab and debrief, where the sales manager will be able to demonstrate proficiency and confidence in PolicyCenter. The second half of the meeting will allow for an open conversation for the sales team to develop an activation and go to market strategy regarding One Product and PolicyCenter. Training Experience Scorecard (Sales Managers) This scorecard provides sales leadership and key business stakeholders with a universal view of how the agent is progressing through the learning experience and includes registrations, attendance and completions of e-Learning modules, virtual sessions, and Training Connection/Click to Chat interactions. Use the scorecard to ensure agents are signed up for training. Be sure to review the data to identify where your agents would benefit from an engagement conversation or intervention. Although the scorecard will be emailed weekly April 30-July 2 the scorecard can also be found on One Product SalesNation page on the Measures tab. It can also be found through the Nationwide Academy page on the Business Impact>Reports tab.
