Introduction What? a little introduction to yourself as the main character in your story. Top Tips: Why? The difference between being happy/ sad or positive/ negative is often our own choice. When we think of our life as a story we can choose to re-tell it in a positive, confident and happy light. * The trick to a happy and confident life is being able to tell your own story focusing on the good rather than the bad. * The good story teller also knows that the main character of the story isnt always responsible for the bad, so we must not blame our selves for things we can not control.
